The Reservation Deposit of the first 2 months is required and will be deducted from your winter storage fee.

If you have already submitted your reservation and deposit and are not interested in committing to the October 24th deadline, we will refund your deposit and take you off the reservation list, if and only if you contact us prior to September 1st. You forfeit your reservation deposit if you do not arrive at our storage facility by October 24th or by a special arrangement priory approved. There will be no contact made to you after the deadline on October 24th.

Rockwood Constant Services will not assist in manually moving vehicles in and out of the storage building if the vehicle is not drivable, we will provide assistance in guiding the vehicle safely in/out of the building.

Rockwood Constant Services does not remove snow from storage facility area so there will be no accessibility, so we advise you come early. If excessive amount of snow comes before October 24th, we advise you bring your unit before salt is added to roads to insure that your unit is dry and salt free.

New lease agreements need to be signed the day you bring your unit in for storage., at that time you agree to pay for winter storage till May 01 in advance. If you are unable to sign the contract yourself, you must obtain written permission authorizing a stated person to sign on your behalf.

All reservations must be made in the name of the owner of the property being placed.

OTHERWISE, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Reservations are subject to acceptance and are not guaranteed until the required deposit is received.
