We are now accepting reservations and deposits for VEHICLE storage for the next season. In order to reserve your space, you need to send us a reservation deposit payment equal to two full months of storage fee, WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FIRST TWO MONTHS’ RENT, along with the completed reservation form below, to our office.

 

THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU CAN STORE YOUR UNIT WITH US:

1. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.  BRING YOUR UNIT IN AT ANYTIME DURING THE YEAR, ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, WITH NO RESERVATION AND NO GUARANTEE OF SPACE AVAILABLE.
2. GUARANTEED RESERVATION.  OUR FALL/WINTER SEASON RESERVATIONS STARTS ANYTIME BEFORE OCTOBER 24. WHICH MEANS YOUR UNIT MUST BE IN BEFORE OCTOBER 24th . A RESERVATION FOR THIS UPCOMING SEASON MEANS WE ARE SAVING A SPACE FOR YOU. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE YOUR OCTOBER 24th DEADLINE, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
   WE REQUIRE AN ADVANCED DEPOSIT OF:
   • REGULAR SIZE CARS AND TRUCKS (NO LONGER THAN 16.4’ AND 6.25 WIDE) ARE A FLAT RATE OF $150.00.
   • OVERSIZED CARS AND TRUCKS ARE A FLAT RATE OF $160.00
   • EXTENDED CAB TRUCKS WITH LONG BOX ARE TWO FULL MONTHS OF STORAGE FEE.
     SIMPLY MULTIPLY THE LENGTH OF YOUR EXTENDED CAB TRUCKS BY $4 PER FOOT TO COMPUTE YOUR MONTHLY STORAGE RATE.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN COMMITTING TO THE OCTOBER 24th STARTING DATE, WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT AND TAKE YOU OFF THE RESERVATION LIST, IF AND ONLY IF YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1ST. YOU FORFEIT YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE AT OUR STORAGE FACILITY BY OCTOBER 24th. THERE WILL BE NO CONTACT MADE TO YOU AFTER THE DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 24th.

Storage space will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you want to guarantee the availability of your space for next season, it is important that you fill out and submit your reservation form and payment to us as soon as possible.

If an excessive amount of snow comes before October 24th, we advise you to bring your unit before salt is added to roads to insure that your unit is dry and salt free.

Rockwood Constant Services does not remove snow from the storage facility area so there will be no accessibility, so we advise you to come early.

 

New lease agreements need to be signed the day you bring your unit in for storage.

 

All reservations must be made in the name of the owner of the property being placed.
