We are now accepting reservations and deposits for VEHICLE storage for the next season. In order to reserve your space, you need to send us a reservation deposit payment equal to two full months of storage fee, WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FIRST TWO MONTHS’ RENT, along with the completed reservation form below, to our office.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU CAN STORE YOUR UNIT WITH US:
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN COMMITING TO THE OCTOBER 31ST STARTING DATE, WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT AND TAKE YOU OFF THE RESERVATION LIST, IF AND ONLY IF YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1ST. YOU FORFIT YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE AT OUR STORAGE FACILITY BY OCTOBER 31ST OR BY A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT PRIORLY APPROVED. THERE WILL BE NO CONTACT MADE TO YOU AFTER THE DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 31ST.
Storage space will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you want to guarantee the availability of your space for next season, it is important that you fill out and submit your reservation form and payment to us as soon as possible.
If excessive amount of snow comes before October 31st, we advise you bring your unit before salt is added to roads to insure that your unit is dry and salt free.
Rockwood Constant Services does not remove snow from storage facility area so there will be not accessibility, so we advise you come early.
New lease agreements need to be signed the day you bring your unit in for storage.
All reservations must be made in the name of the owner of the property being placed
